I read this book for school and I did a lot of homework for it as well. Each chapter explains how to be more creative and the steps you take to reach your higher level of creativity. It is a eight step program (eight chapters). Many people say it is a "science" book, and I love science but this is more psychological and keeping your mind in a positive state. Now all I am going to say is that it is sooooooo boring and didn't make any sense. Other people understood it but not me. I feel like it didn't make me more creative, and way just not good.
